Fusilli Class
You’ll have a wonderful jouney discovering our pasta here, in Gragnano, where Pasta is a shape of art and You’ll compete in the manual processing of fusilli in order to learn the ancient secrets of pasta makers. We’ll teach you to make our typical fusilli handmade.
Each of you will have a portion of durum wheat semolina and water, one iron to roll them, a shirt.
