The philosophy behind the Bistrot is to give value to the seasonal products of our land, towards which we have a deep love. We have wanted to create a place where to satisfy your senses, through the tasting of the best typical dishes.
Let yourself be conquered by our delicious pasta, here you will try not only all the shapes of Pasta Cuomo, but also the best gastronomic specialties that range from appetizers to desserts. A new project thought to satisfy all types of palates, where you can discover the excellences of our land.
But the main objective is been to feed a sustainable economy, buying mainly the raw materials from small local productions and pick up them from our garden, next to the bistrot.
